Absolutely. We have in-store items with fixed prices, and you can view our entire catalog online anytime.
Absolutely. As long as they have a copy of your invoice, we can release the order. This ensures we’re giving your items to the right person.
Not ready to bid yet? Add items to your “Watchlist” so you can see them easily at once. It’s your shortcut at auction time to bid on only the items that interest you. You can also view all of our inventory in person on our preview days of Monday and Tuesday from 9am to 6:30pm.
No we do not but we will hand off your item to whoever is authorized by the buyer.
Please note that we do not assist with or coordinate third-party pickup arrangements—this must be handled entirely by the customer. Customers have the flexibility to choose from various third-party services, such as:
• Ride-Sharing: Options like Uber and Lyft.
• Task Services: Providers like TaskRabbit.
• Local Options: Local couriers or taxi services.
All pickups must be scheduled exclusively on Monday or Tuesday between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM. Once the item is handed over to the selected third-party service, we are not responsible for its handling, delivery, or any subsequent issues.
At the end of the online auction, everyone will be checked out automatically using the credit card on file.
If you did not and your credit card was not charged, then you were outbid and therefore, did not win. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their email and credit card to see if they won items at the auction.
We carry a large variety of brands from our distributors including Lowe's, Costco, and Best Buy.
We're selling these items at a discount because they're overstock or returns from our partners. As a liquidator, our aim is to quickly clear out excess items, so all sales are final.
